The ensemble “Du Bout Des Doigts” was born one summer in 2007 from a shared desire to rediscover the finest pages of the operatic repertoire in an innovative way. With a flexible line-up, the ensemble offers listeners a chamber-music experience, through a staging created around and with the audience and new orchestrations of the works. Thanks to this new closeness, listeners find themselves in physical and emotional interaction with the performers. Stage, pit and stalls disappear: all that remains are the performer and the audience, brought together in one and the same space.
